Who are we?
The Department of Direct Services to subjects enrolled into clinical trials was designed to perform any required procedure at Subject’s home, workplace ore ven school, stricty following GCP and international and local regulations.
Department’s staff are trained in Drug development, GCP and will be trained in Trial specific visits and procedures by the Principal investigator or delegated medical staff.
We have internal quality assurance Area to check that all this procedures be run accordingly.
We run full homecare visits procedures in the context of Patient Support Programs and Clinical Trials
Patient Support Program provide an organized and structured system of homecare and online based services to support ptients during their medical treatment for increasing the rate of therapy adherence in customized programs.
Covid 19 outbreak brought to our minds the impact on the health of patients enrolled in clinical trials and the integrity . Mass travel bans and increasingly complex logistic brought damaging implications for many Trials and Sponsors.
Restrictions began to ease around the world, but uncertainty around new waves arose. If Clinical trials are expected to run succesfully in any new landscape, an innovative approach is required. If itwould no longer feasible for patients to visit Study Sites, alternatives such as home health services must be considered.
What are we offering?
We can provide our background and knowledge to run homecare clincal trial visit procedures even invasive or not, including the required equipment (centrigfuges, EKGs, Spirometers, crash carts, etc). Summing up, we can help to take the clinical trial to patient’s home which significantly lessens the burden on patients and their families.
